Eminem's ex wife will serve at least a month in prison after testing positive for cocaine whilst on probation. Kimberley Mathers was ordered to serve 30 days in the Macomb County Jail yesterday by Circuit Judge Edward Servitto. She will then be transferred to an inpatient substance abuse treatment programme for 90 days. The sentence completes a miserable recent history for Mathers, who is the mother of Eminem's daughter Hailie Jade. The child is currently in the custody of the rap superstar. Mathers tested positive for cocaine during a meeting with her probation agent on January 29. She admitted to using the drug last week, the Michigan Department of Corrections has confirmed.

Eminem's former wife is behind bars after testing positive for cocaine whilst on probation, it has emerged. Kim Mathers was sentenced to two years probation in January after pleading guilty to drug offences. Part of her sentence was to include submitting to random drug tests. On Friday, the rap superstar's infamous ex was sent to prison after a drug test identified cocaine in her system. Prosecutors are now expected to demand a combined jail sentence and drug rehab programme. Assistant prosecutor Don Gillain explained: "She obviously has a drug problem and on her own it wasn't being addressed." Mathers is being held without bail, as she awaits a hearing later this week. Eminem currently has full custody of the couple's daughter, Hallie.
