Inner rhyming is when you rhyme in the middle of a line/bar, as in:
There's five ways to say I'm gay
My mates rhymes stay hi Jade
The bolded rhymes are inner rhyming and the rhymes at the end of the line are just....the rhyme scheme.
Multies = multi syllable rhymes and that's rhyming more than one syllable, which could be just one word, with more than one syllable, or it could be rhyming more than one word, likeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee:
Pancake/damn straight/fan base
Pancake = one word, but more than one syllable, and you can rhyme more than one word with it.

What jade said is right, but it goes a lot further than this, you can have another rhyme scheme in the middle of a rhyme..
Ex.
I'll put the inner rhyme in bold...
