Akon is a genius when it comes to being catchy and having a sick melody. The beat is ill. Eminem is...alright on this. He's starting to use multi syllable rhymes more again and a little bit of assonance. Still not anything special, though.

lyrically it was good but the previous song was better. overall I'm glad that Em is getting better after Encore.
