I never heard your voice before, nice delivery. You have very nice delivery, I hear your lyrics very clearly. Even with the accent. Great balance between the volume of the track and the vocals except on MC For Hire. Though that could be the beat itself; the guitar was killing my ears.

i havent got much time so i'll just pick a couple at random to listen to

dooms day:

is ill......lol at the elmo thing.......nice beat......flows nice......good multis.....good voice.....

"I dont even like jewlery but i wear it to antagonise the feds"

nice^^

good delivery..... except in some portions the way you pronounced the words sounded kinda robotic to me......or too properly pronounced, i cant quite put my finger on it.....

wisdom & pain:

nice......im liking the delivery better on this one......flows ill.....lyrisicm is good.......a bit short (unless this is one of the unfinished tracks, in which case you should finish it) i'd just decided that it was a nice track and that i wanted to continue listening when it ended......

There's no such thing. Maybe it could be too "forceably" pronounced, but there is no "too proper". A good vocal delivery makes every (intended) syllable audiable, even if it's a complex tongue twisting muliti, spit at high speed. At least, that's my theory.

That's mostly it... I enunciate as much as I can, and since so many syllables throughout the lines are a part of the rhymes they require a little syncopation. Thanks though, man. Glad you're feelin' it... none of these are real tracks, I still don't have the money or equipment to make a demo.

Not even a low budget one?

Like an empty pinata, there's no point in ripping you...

^ill....

Forget holding the title belt, u can't even hold your breath/

^...nice...

im very confused at the moment...cuz who else would want the name floetry...

Nah, man. Floetry was a kid on rhymeboard.com... I battled him in a text tournament, and just thought the verse had a few rhymes that were worth spitting. When you first joined here I thought you were him.

I know producers and MC's who are in the same situation as me basically, people who have nice equipment and shit, some people who make sick beats... but time is money, and unless I'm supplying money getting them to supply the time doesn't work. We fuck around, start writing a track, putting beats together, and eventually peeps are just too high and drunk to do shit... I need a serious producer who can hang, and MC's that really wanna do something with this rap shit. Until then, I'm too poor for studios.

I understand, but it does sound like you still met better people than my sister did. She wanted to sing, but the people she was involved with had no concept of business and how to handle one. All they did was mess around. She lost money over that one.

-NinjaMic-
02-18-2004, 08:40 PM
That's fucked up... tell her to keep trying. I sure as fuck won't put money down with these people... which is what I'm saying. A bunch of coked out freaks who manage their money worse than I do aren't exactly good business partners. I need coked out freaks who CAN manage their money... heh.

Damn you're good still. Shame about the quality. lol. I've long since lost any writing ability I had...I can get a couple of lines out but then I forget about it lol.

Anyway, muchos props and all. Hope you get a dope crew around you soon so you can blow up :D

My sister's is still at it. Although she has other directions as well. She's phenominal with graphic design. I hope your luck turns out better. Good reliable people are hard to find.

Ninja, holla at ya boy. It's ya boy, Crazee..lol Anyway, I just hooked up with this DJ( he usually does Techno shit, but he fucks with hip hop) and he'd like to do a track with me. I'm hanging out with him Thursday, and I got a beat CD to choose from.

I pretty much know the beat I want to use, and it's hot as fuck. Well, the beat's actually only average, but I was fucking killing it. I was freestyling over it early and came up with how I want to flow on it, I just need to come up with the right lyrics, and that's never been my problem. And my sinuses aren't that bad lol.

And you know if I blow up you'll be my 50 cent, nigga.

-NinjaMic-
04-28-2004, 04:43 PM
lol, yeah, my sinuses cleared the fuck up too. I called Qwest the other day to get DSL installed with my phone service, so I should be around more often. Straight up though, if I put out an album I'd get everybody on it... Jin's a buster, acting like he was never online. :D @ if how ridiculous an interview about beef with Jin would be

That's cool, man. Most of the nicest producer's I've met out here aren't really hardcore hip-hop fans, so techno or not, he can probably hook up a 90 rpm easy. If dude plays around with techno alot, he's probably got more access and equipment knowledge anyway... I went to this dude's house the other week who's putting out a demo, and he was kinda :/ lyrically, but his flow was nice. Real tongue twisting midwest shit... his producer is supposed to be a good hookup for studio time though, and I'll see about that.

lol @ getiing Jin on an album

Yeah, it'd be tight. I've been working on my flow for aboiut two or three months, and not writing any lyrics because lyrics aren't my problem area, and I haven't had much inspiration lyrically. I think I've improved my flow about 10x. I was flowing over that Glocko Pop instrumental again, and shit was sick flow-sise.

My flow now>>> My flow then

My lyric writing isn't as consistent though, but that might be for the best, since time away from writing and focusing on flow might make my problems of cramming too many words in a bar easier.

I'm using a beat I hooked up online. I was going to use the "Street Dreams" instrumental, but shittalking on that song seems weird.

-NinjaMic-

If you're looking for bullshit, formulaic flows that never change, then hey, you can listen to all the old NinjaMic material you can find then struggle to find something wrong with that. I suggest you smoke alot of weed and listen to some Ice Cube, Biggie, WC, or Luniz, and when you understand the mechanics of a beat, and something about flow besides 1,2,3,RHYME!//(ad infinitum) then come back and talk all the shit you want. Why are you still so upset about me talking shit on EB? I get props in every region I've been to at every small venue I've ripped, and I look at you as some bitter, washed up netcee who can't make it in real life. The last track I heard from you was garbage... so show and prove.

Oh, and I hope you enjoyed the Tonedeff tracks. That's what they're there for. Hey, since you're so buddy-buddy with ol' Tone, can you tell him NinjaMic says what's up? I'm a big fan, and have been trying to get people to listen to him for years (before this new batch of tracks, the Tonedeff tracks were the only thing on that page), and if he could give a little time out of his schedule to send me some feedback at zizzorz1@yahoo.com, please do so. Thanks, Mayhem... I never realized you were such a BIG star!

Same here, man... I can't stand my old flow anymore. It was so repetetive... it's like I just completely ignored anything outside of the drum pattern, and it made everything too predictable and dull. I've gotten to the same point, I can't really go much further lyrically (ego, heh), but I'm still getting my shit together vocally.

All in all some good shit man, especially for the artists on this board. I ain't sayin I'm that good or anything, but the quality of music on the site isn't that great, ya know? But yours . . . good stuff, honestly. Nice flow and choice of beats. J-WaRd
