BATTLE CALL OUTS FOR NON-NEWBS----
From now on you have to have 50+ posts to battle someone. Before you do a call out, I want links to battles you previously voted in, 2 at the least. ALSO, you have to give a link from another board that you battled on. For Every battle that you make, you HAVE to vote in another battle. If you call someone out and you don't vote in a battle, your battle will be closed, and you'll get a warning.
