i wonder why im wastin' my time,
the clock counts down, every second's breakin' my mind
im pacin' a line, between the darkness and the light that's blindin' my vision
im climbin' and liftin' elevatin' above this climate i live in

the shadow i cast, reflects my soul, outlined in darkness
a brain dealin' with pain as a result from the heartless
the hardest thing for me to understand, is the point of life
you believe in reincarnation? why would you wanna go through this shit twice??
im doubtin' that christ, would still agree to give his life away
to pay for the sins of us, if he was here and saw the world as it is today
but yet we pray, and hope that God is there for him to hear us
answer us, comfort us, we can't see him... and somehow still we trust..... what the fuck??!!

You didn't go deep enough, the imagery wasn't explained well enough and it was basic "blinding my vision" - played out, if you're going to use an overly used piece of imagery make it an innovation. You had multi syllable rhymes and shit which was good though, you just didn't have enough poetic creativity.
