who are you really
you seem so real to the imagination
eyes of a beautiful hue
skin of unknown measures
grazed ever so softly against layers of fabric
your fingertips guiding the way to a whole new emotion
your laughter illuminetes my darkest dreams
yet why do you cry for me
i have not touched an inch of your physical being
i sound out your name in the cold november rain
your adress resides nowwhere near my front door
but your heart feels right beside me
your voice a soft whisper through my soul
but your body is a map ill never know
years have passed that i first spoke to you
days have weakened for the moment our bodies would stand within feet
yet fear is all that resides in this concussed head of mine
an army has fought but turned their guns around
blood was all that remained of a shattered heart
darkness shadowed me until your words entered my eyes
your words are all that i have left
i continue to work on a love so unknown
you are a stranger in a friends disguise
you are a unforecasted future trapped in a cloudy past
you were devoted to a familiar name
but now i must be devoted to the untold rain
