This is the first time I used paths/shapes/vector graphics in photoshop. I did this in Photoshop CS2.

Thanks people. Vectors are tight, I'm going have to use them in more stuff.

yes they are, i like black an white ones more, but it really all depends on what ur usin em for

I'm thinking they can work layered on to add details, like if you had a pattern that you wanted to repeat in an image (especially if add your vector to the custom shapes). Also, painting compound curves is hard but using paths to make them is easy. I'm probably going to use vectors for that from now on. They are definately nice for web graphics, that second pic is only 13k (down from the 49k of the original) since it's in GIF format and GIF's take up less space when you use areas of solid colors.

damn, I need to get more RAM before I get CS2- looks nice. I want to upgrade my Illustrator and Golive too. damn...damn...why did you make me go to the Adobe site? lol
