As I think of these times that we live in today
It ain't that I'm lyin', the truth gets in the way
And I can't express what I feel quite like I want to
But I confess that it's real so I confront you
What's the truth? truth is I love ya too much
to shut up and fuck up just what we knew
Which is that we connect like nothing I've known
Whenever I talk to you I'm stuck in the zone
Confessing things, I never thought I would say
