apparantly some kid had sent a early list to santa with "Encore" on it. Now santa thoguht he would watch the music video to see it. He was appauled eminem had mocked him and his little helper. He plans to take this matter to court.
"I got him everything he wanted" santa said "I never did anything to him, i just don't understand why he would do this"
